This policy explains how CloudArch Pro (https://www.cloudarchpro.com) collects, uses, and stores personal information. CloudArch Pro is operated by the VigilesHQ team. Last updated 30 August 2026.

Who we are

CloudArch Pro is published by the VigilesHQ team, which also operates Vigiles (https://vigileshq.com). VigilesHQ is registered in Singapore.

CloudArch Pro is an independent cloud architecture site. It is not an official AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or Alibaba Cloud website.

What we collect

Consultation form

When you submit the form at /consult/, we collect your name, work email, optional company, consultation topic, and message. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to block automated submissions once a widget is configured.

The newsletter signup collects email only.

Analytics

Google Analytics is not enabled until a measurement ID is configured. When enabled, Google may process device and usage data according to its policies.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for cloud credentials, production access keys, or customer data exports through public site forms.

How we use your information

Consultation requests: to respond about cloud architecture or FinOps consulting.
Newsletter: to send updates you opted into.
Analytics: to measure site use when a measurement ID is configured.
Security: to detect abuse and rate-limit API endpoints.

We do not sell your personal information.

Processors

Email delivery and contact storage use Resend when those API keys are configured. Form bot checks may use Cloudflare Turnstile. Hosting may use Vercel. Each processor has its own terms.

Retention and requests

Consultation messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for a limited audit trail. Newsletter contacts remain until you unsubscribe. For privacy, terms, or data requests about CloudArch Pro, use the consultation form or contact the VigilesHQ team through Vigiles.
